This policy explains what CoreAI collects when you use coreai.uz, CoreAI Chat, the CoreAI API, and CoreAI cloud products, and what we do with it. CoreAI is located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

1. Where your data is processed

  • Chat messages and API requests are processed on GPUs we own and operate in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
  • Your data is not sent to a foreign inference provider.
  • Account and billing records are stored on infrastructure located in Uzbekistan.

2. Free Chat and API testing

  • The free Chat and API services are public testing services. CoreAI may review free-tier prompts and responses to evaluate quality, understand common uses, investigate abuse, and improve the service.
  • Before using free-tier content to train or fine-tune a model, CoreAI will update this policy and the applicable consent shown in the product.
  • Paid private processing is not currently available. Its data terms will be published before launch.

3. What we collect

  • Account and sign-in data: email address, preferred name, linked sign-in provider identifier, and for the GPU cloud, billing details.
  • Optional profile answers, including role, intended uses, and organization. CoreAI uses these answers to personalize the product and understand how the Services are used.
  • Usage records: model, token counts, request source, status and timestamps — used for rate limiting, service operation, billing preparation and capacity planning.
  • Conversation history, so that you can return to your chats. Anonymous sessions are identified by a signed cookie rather than an account.
  • Free-tier API prompts, request parameters, and generated responses are retained for up to 30 days. They are stored separately from web-chat history.
  • Standard server logs, including IP address, retained for a limited period for security and abuse prevention.

4. What we do not do

  • We do not sell your data.
  • We do not use the content of your conversations, API requests or virtual machines for advertising.
  • We do not access the content of your virtual machines except where required by law or to maintain the Service.

5. Retention and deletion

  • You can delete individual saved conversations. Contact CoreAI to request account deletion.
  • Anonymous Chat conversations are automatically deleted after 30 days unless they are attached to an account during registration.
  • Free-tier API request and response content is automatically deleted after 30 days. API metering records are retained separately.
  • On account closure, your data is deleted after a 7-day grace period unless the law requires us to retain it.

6. Legal requests

We comply with lawful requests from authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in accordance with applicable law, including the law on personal data (ZRU-547).

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the Service.
