Welcome to CoreAI. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of coreai.uz, CoreAI cloud products, CoreAI Chat, and the CoreAI API (collectively, the "Services") provided by CoreAI ("we", "us", "our"), located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.

By creating an account or using a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account for a Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including passwords, API tokens, and SSH keys.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations of the Republic of Uzbekistan or your jurisdiction.
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or any software designed to damage or disrupt systems.
  • Send spam, phishing messages, or unsolicited communications.
  • Host content that infringes on intellectual property rights of third parties.
  • Engage in cryptocurrency mining without prior written approval.
  • Conduct port scanning, network probing, or denial-of-service attacks against any system.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, VMs, or data.
  • Resell or redistribute a Service without prior written agreement.
  • Use Chat or the API to generate, distribute, or facilitate unlawful or abusive content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

4. Product-specific terms

  • Virtual machines are provisioned based on the resource configuration you select (CPU, RAM, disk).
  • Resources are allocated on a best-effort basis and may be subject to availability.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we provide backup tools, we do not guarantee data recovery.
  • We reserve the right to stop or delete VMs that are inactive for extended periods or violate these Terms.
  • Free Chat and API access is offered for public testing, is subject to shared usage limits, and may be changed, limited, or withdrawn at any time.
  • An account is required to create an API key. Anonymous visitors may use only the limited Chat trial.

5. Billing and Payment

  • Paid cloud usage is billed based on the resources provisioned and the duration of use.
  • Charges accrue while a VM is running. Stopped VMs may still incur storage charges.
  • Payment terms, pricing, and billing cycles are displayed in the applicable product dashboard or order.
  • We reserve the right to modify paid-product pricing with 30 days advance notice.
  • Unpaid balances may result in suspension of service.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Our collection and use of personal data and Service content is described in the CoreAI Privacy Policy.
  • Free Chat and API use is subject to the review and improvement practices stated in that policy.
  • We do not access, monitor, or share the content of your virtual machines unless required by law or to maintain the Services.
  • We will comply with lawful requests from authorities in accordance with applicable law.

7. Service Availability

  • We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless a separate written service-level agreement applies.
  • Free Chat and API access is a testing service and has no service-level commitment.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.
  • We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, network issues beyond our control, or third-party service failures.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the applicable Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

The CoreAI name, logo, and all related trademarks are our property. You retain all rights to the data and software you deploy on the platform.

10. Termination

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your VMs and cloud data will be deleted after a 7-day grace period unless otherwise required by law.
  • Chat, API, and account data is retained and deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Services. Continued use of a Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
